This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your SprintHaven subscription, what happens after cancellation, and your rights as a consumer in the EU and UK. There are no cancellation fees.
1. Overview
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal charges. It does not delete your account unless you separately request account deletion under our Privacy Policy.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel using any of the following methods:
- Email support@sprinthaven.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Cancel subscription”
- Call +44 330 190 1245 during UK business hours
- Use the subscription management option in your account dashboard when available
We will confirm cancellation by email when possible. Keep your confirmation for your records.
3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
If you cancel before the end of a trial period, you will not be charged the renewal price shown at checkout, provided cancellation is processed before the renewal date.
If you cancel during a paid billing period, you will not be charged for subsequent periods. Access typically continues until the end of the current period already paid for.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to allow processing time and avoid the next charge.
4. EU & UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under EU consumer law or UK consumer protection legislation, including rules on unfair terms and clear subscription information.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, UK consumers may refer eligible disputes to Retail ADR (www.retailadr.org.uk, enquiries@cdrl.org.uk, 020 3540 8063). We are willing to use this UK-approved ADR scheme. EU/EEA consumers should use ADR or consumer bodies in their country of residence; the EU ODR platform is no longer available.
5. Recognising Charges After Cancellation
Charges appear on card statements as “sprinthaven.com”. If you see a charge after cancelling, contact us immediately with the charge date and amount.
6. Refunds After Cancellation
Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
