This Digital Products Policy explains the nature, delivery, access, and usage terms for digital publications, subscription content, newsletters, guides, articles, coaching emails, and other electronic materials provided through this website.
This page should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Product Definition
We provide digital editorial publications and online content. These products may include, but are not limited to:
- Weekly coaching emails
- Digital newsletters
- Articles
- Editorial guides
- Reports
- Educational resources
- Subscription-based digital content
- Email-based publications
- Online member content, where applicable
All products are delivered electronically. They are not supplied on a physical medium.
2. Digital Nature of the Products
Our products are digital-only. No printed materials, physical books, DVDs, USB drives, or other physical media are shipped or provided.
By purchasing a digital product or subscription, you understand that access is provided electronically through online or email-based delivery.
3. Delivery Method
Access to digital products is provided after purchase by one or more of the following methods:
- Email delivery
- Online account access
- Subscriber-only pages
- Download links, where applicable
- Other electronic delivery methods stated at checkout or in the product description
For our weekly email coaching, supply begins when we send your first scheduled coaching email (not when payment alone is processed). We aim to send that email within 48 hours of successful payment.
In some cases, timing may depend on successful payment authorization, correct email details, account creation, or technical processing by our payment provider or email delivery systems.
4. Access Timing
For withdrawal and supply purposes, performance of our email coaching service begins when we send the first coaching email to your registered address, not when payment is processed.
We normally send that first email within 48 hours of successful payment. Until it is sent, your withdrawal right (where applicable) is not lost solely because payment succeeded.
For subscription products, coaching emails continue during the active period, subject to successful payment and our Terms of Service.
5. Access Nature
Content is accessed digitally and may be updated, modified, replaced, expanded, or removed during your subscription period.
We may update content to improve quality, accuracy, formatting, availability, or relevance.
We do not guarantee that every item of content will remain permanently available unless we expressly state otherwise.
6. No Physical Goods
No physical goods are included with our digital products or subscriptions.
You will not receive physical shipment, postal delivery, printed publications, or physical merchandise as part of the service unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.
7. Subscription Model
Access may be provided through subscription plans. A subscription plan may include:
- A trial period
- A one-time trial fee
- Monthly recurring billing
- Access to email-based publications
- Access to online digital content
- Renewal at the price shown before payment
Before you complete a purchase, the checkout page will display relevant billing information, including, where applicable: trial length, trial price, renewal price, billing frequency, renewal timing, and cancellation information.
By subscribing, you agree that your subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
8. Trial Access
Where a trial is offered, the trial gives you access to the relevant digital product or service for the trial period shown at checkout.
The trial fee, trial duration, renewal price, and renewal date or timing will be disclosed before payment.
To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the end of the trial period or before the renewal date shown at checkout.
9. Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated, digital content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy the content
- Republish the content
- Redistribute the content
- Resell the content
- Share paid content publicly
- Upload paid content to another website or platform
- Modify and distribute the content
- Use the content for commercial training, resale, or publication
- Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices
All intellectual property rights in the digital content remain owned by us or our licensors.
10. Account and Email Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account and email information when purchasing or subscribing.
We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by:
- Incorrect email address
- Full mailbox
- Email filtering or spam settings
- Failure to check your inbox
- Account access issues caused by incorrect login details
- Restrictions imposed by your email provider
You should contact us if you believe you have not received access after purchase.
11. Technical Requirements
To access digital products, you may need:
- Internet access
- A compatible browser or device
- A valid email address
- Access to your online account, where applicable
- Software capable of opening common digital formats, where applicable
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software are suitable for accessing the digital content.
12. Availability and Updates
We aim to make digital content available reliably, but access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, security updates, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.
We may update, change, or improve digital content during your subscription period.
Where practical, we will try to resolve access issues within a reasonable time after becoming aware of them.
13. EU and UK Withdrawal Notice
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract.
However, where you request immediate supply of digital services, this right may be affected.
By requesting immediate supply and confirming the required acknowledgement at checkout, you agree that supply may begin before the end of the withdrawal period. For our email coaching, supply begins when we send the first coaching email (not when payment alone is processed), and your statutory right of withdrawal may end at that moment.
This does not affect your right to cancel future subscription renewals.
Nothing in this Digital Products Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under EU or UK law.
14. Refunds
Because our products are digital, refunds may be limited once the first coaching email has been sent for a paid period, as described in our Refund Policy.

15. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription in accordance with our
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy.
